I went into my pregnancy at the highest weight I’d ever been, and not nearly as strong as I wanted to be.
I had a high risk pregnancy and a difficult delivery, so was very cautious about starting up any kind of workout return post-birth. The chelsea method couldn’t have been better for me. I was dealing with all sorts of pain-knee, feet, back- and their careful approach to building strength helped me know that I could trust them as I progressed in the program. I especially appreciate how the program gets increasingly more challenging while continuing to offer modified exercises at every step! In less than 4 months I already feel stronger than I was before getting pregnant!

This is a great way to start exercising again after having a baby! Very user friendly!! Highly recommend...I’ve already recommended it to many of my patients. Stephanie and Jes start with the basics and progress you slowly and safely. The beginning videos help you learn how to target and activate specific muscles. They demonstrate the exercises and give different cues if you’re having trouble. They then add the exercises into everyday movements. I love the standing postural retraining one! I realized I had terrible pregnancy posture! As you progress, the exercises get more challenging too.

I found Chelsea method 8 months after the birth of my son and I wish I would have known about them sooner.
Being 8 months out I still decided to purchase the program because I was having pain exercising trying to lose excess baby weight. Chelsea Method gave me the tools I needed to reconnect with my body. I didn’t follow the calendar exactly, but was able to use the principles taught in the videos and apply them to my everyday routine. Following their directions helped me to exercise again without pain. The only downfall of the program is that they don’t have an app.

I had experienced incontinence about 7 months after the birth of my first child.
Chelsea Method is a must have program for all women who give birth. I had experienced incontinence about 7 months after the birth of my first child and had seen a pelvic PT who had helped. With the birth of my second child I was worried about incontinence returning. I also wasn’t confident that I could go to PT appointments regularly having to take care of two kids now. After having done the Chelsea Method Rehab Program I can say confidently that it is comparable to doing in person PT if not better! I loved being able to watch and rewatch videos at my own pace on my own schedule. It’s a great program and I highly recommend it.
